On May 9th our JV athletes competed in one of their last competitions down in Janesville. We had a great meet with a lot of personal records and we saw some great things we are going to build on for next year.
Boys
- In the 100 Paul Nwankwo Placed 3rd
- In the 200m Xavier Madden and James Pope placed 5th and 6th
- In the 1600m Nik Brendel set a PR of 5:34.05 and Nick Soldner set a 20 second PR running 6:26
- In the 3200 Zachary Swenson ran a season best 11:44.14 and Ed Hansen set a huge PR of 12:06.25
- In the 300 hurdles Sawyer Jones set a PR running 48.72 to place 6th
- In the 4×100 we placed 7th
- In the 4×200 we placed 2nd in a time of 1:40.58
- In the High Jump Xavier Campbell won with a jump of 5′ 6″
- In the Long Jump James Pope placed 4th with a jump of 17′ 8″
Girls
- In the 200m Tiana Brown placed 7th
- We placed 5th in the 4x100m relay
- We placed 5th in the 4x200m relay
- In Pole Vault Celia Luner placed 3rd
- In Long Jump Aleena Ali placed 4th and Tailer Curtis and Destinee Vela both set PRs
- In Shot Put Aleena Ali Placed 3rd
